Kerusakan jaringan otot polos vesika urinaria dalam proses persiapan strip otot polos akibat oksigenasi yang tidak adekuat harus dihindari karena akan mempengaruhi hasil kontraksi strip otot polos.
Strip otot polos yang digantung tidak boleh terlalu tebal karena akan mempermudah terjadinya hipoksia jaringan tersebut.
Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui mekanisme yang menyebabkan relaksasi pada otot polos yang diberikan ekstrak akar Talinum paniculatum.
