B. Saran
1. Sebaiknya dilakukan monitoring pemeriksaan viral load dan CD4+ pada responden HIV seropositif untuk mengetahui perkembangan infeksi HIV. 2. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui faktor risiko terkait
perilaku berisiko pada komunitas gigolo dalam skala yang lebih luas.
3. Perlu diadakan tindakan surveilans lebih lanjut oleh pemerintah pada berbagai komunitas berisiko tinggi terhadap transmisi HIV di Surakarta sehingga dapat digunakan dalam program pencegahan, diagnosis, dan pemberantasan penyakit menular karena HIV.
