SIMPULAN DAN SARAN

7.1 Simpulan

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan :

1. Ekstrak daun kelor ( Moringa oleifera) dengan pelarut air dengan sangat

nyata dapat menghambat aktivitas bakteri E. coli patogen.

2. Ekstrak daun kelor ( Moringa oleifera) dengan pelarut etanol dengan

sangat nyata dapat menghambat aktivitas bakteri E. coli patogen.

3. Ekstrak daun kelor ( Moringa oleifera) dengan pelarut air pada penelitian

ini memiliki daya hambat optimum pada konsentrasi 50% (8.3 ± 3.1544)

mm, sedangkan ekstrak daun kelor ( Moringa oleifera) dengan pelarut

etanol pada penelitian ini memiliki daya hambat optimum pada

konsentrasi 75% (14 ± 1.0000) mm.

7.2 Saran

Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai bioaktifitas ekstrak daun

kelor ( Moringa oleifera) secara in vivo pada babi penderita kolibasilosis dan

 pemberian daun kelor ( Moringa oleifera) sebagai campuran pakan untuk

memaksimalkan pemanfaatan daun kelor ( Moringa oleifera) sebagai alternatif
