5 SIMPULAN DAN SARAN Simpulan
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa:
1. Sinkronisasi pada injeksi ganda cloprostenol menghasilkan respons estrus yg lebih baik dan seragam.
2. Nilai rataan hambatan arus listrik pada sapi FH saat estrus berkisar antara 187.77 sampai 192.14, sementara pola resistansi lendir vagina menunjukan tinggi sebelum estrus, menurun saat estrus dan meningkat setelah estrus.
Saran
Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut hubungan nilai resistensi lendir estrus dengan waktu ovulasi dan keberhasilan IB.
