Simpulan

Ekstrak intraseluler dan ekstraseluler L. plantarum IIA-1A5 dan L. acidophilus IIA-2B4 mempunyak efek sitotoksiktas terhadap sel kanker serviks HeLa. Persentase penghambatan terbesar terdapat pada ekstrak intraseluler L. acidophilus IIA-2B4 dengan konsentrasi 200 µg/mL yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan sel HeLa sebesar 74.16%. Ekstrak L. acidophilus IIA-2B4 memiliki nilai IC50 sebesar 120.976 μg/mL yang dapat diklasifikasikan kedalam kategori cukup toksik.

Saran

Perlu dilakukan pemurnian ekstrak BAL untuk mendapatkan senyawa yang lebih murni sehingga mendapatkan nilai IC50 yang lebih rendah dan dilakukan uji selektivitas terhadap sel normal untuk mengetahui keamanan dari ekstrak BAL.

RIWAYAT HIDUP

Penulis lahir di Kendari pada tanggal 20 Oktober 1992 dari pasangan Bayu Nugroho, S.Pd dan St. Hartati. Penulis menyelesaikan Pendidikan Taman Kanak-Kanak di TK. Islam Maradekaya Makassar pada tahun 1998. Kemudian melanjutkan ke tingkat Sekolah Dasar di SD.Negeri 01 Baruga selesai pada tahun 2004, kemudian melanjutkan ke Sekolah Menengah Pertama di SMP. Negeri 4 Kendari selesai pada tahun 2007 dan melanjutkan ke Sekolah Menengah Atas di SMA Negeri 5 Kendari selesai pada tahun 2010. Penulis kemudian diterima di Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar, Fakultas Peternakan, Jurusan Produksi Ternak melalui jalur SNMPTN pada tahun 2010. Pada tahun 2014 penulis melanjutkan pendidikan di Sekolah Pascasarjana Institut Pertanian Bogor dan diterima di Departemen Ilmu Produksi dan Teknologi Peternakan. Selama menempuh pendidikan pascasarjana penulis mendapatkan beasiswa BPPDN Fresh Graduate.
