Untuk keterampilan teknis, pelatihan diberikan dalam rangka memperkuat pengetahuan terhadap produk dan layanan yang diberikan Perseroan dan entitas anak kepada pelanggan. Bentuk pelatihan ini erat kaitannya dengan pengetahuan produk Perseroan yang berhubungan dengan industri properti, perhotelan dan restoran yang sangat memperhatikan aspek pelayanan atau servis yang berkualitas. Selain pelatihan mengenai pengetahuan produk dan servis, pelatihan yang diberikan mencakup tingkah laku atau Attitude, kepemimpinan, Etika Kantor, pengetahuan mengenai konstruksi, sistem keamanan dan pengamanan.

For technical skills, training is given in order to improve the knowledge regarding the Company and its subsidiaries’ products and services provided to the customers. The forms of this training are closely related to the Company's product knowledge related to the property, hotel and restaurant industry, which are very concerned about the quality of service. Besides trainings on product knowledge and service, there are also trainings on behavior or attitude, leadership, Work Ethics, knowledge on construction and security systems.

Pemenuhan Hak Karyawan

Pemenuhan hak karyawan diberikan melalui gaji dan tunjangan dengan perhitungan sesuai dengan pemenuhan kewajiban dari setiap karyawan serta service charge untuk karyawan hotel yang diterima dari tamu hotel. Perseroan memegang teguh kesetaraan antara hak dan kewajiban dari Perseroan dan karyawan yang tertuang dalam Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) dan Kebijakan dan Prosedur (Policy & Procedures) sebagai panduan standar bagi setiap karyawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Di samping itu, Perseroan juga memberikan fasilitas lainnya seperti program perlindungan kesehatan melalui program asuransi BPJS dan program asuransi Artha Graha Insurance. Kedua program asuransi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan perlindungan kesehatan yang optimal kepada karyawan, yang dapat mendorong produktivitas yang tinggi bagi Perseroan. Bekerjasama dengan Artha Graha Peduli, setiap unit usaha dan kantor Perseroan menyediakan Klinik kesehatan termasuk dokter umum. Perseroan dan entitas anak juga memperhatikan hak karyawan yang memasuki usia pensiun sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan.

Kesetaraan Kesempatan Kerja

Perseroan memiliki sistem penilaian dan promosi yang terus-menerus ditinjau setiap tahunnya. Kepada seluruh karyawan, Perseroan memberikan formulir penilaian untuk diisi, dimana Kepala Divisi akan melakukan kajian atas hasil kinerja setiap karyawan sebagai dasar untuk mengajukan promosi. Beberapa kriteria yang termasuk dalam penilaian tersebut adalah:

1. Penilaian kinerja berdasarkan tugas dan tanggung jawab pekerjaan

2. Tingkah laku

3. Pemahaman akan kinerja Perseroan

Di samping itu, Perseroan juga memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan untuk memberikan masukan terkait karir yang diinginkan atau pelatihan yang diperlukan untuk menunjang karir karyawan ke jenjang berikutnya. Masukan ini menjadi sesuatu yang berharga, dimana keinginan setiap karyawan untuk berkembang akan menjadi landasan yang baik bagi Perseroan dalam mengarahkan minat ke dalam kebutuhan organisasi Perseroan.

Fulfillment of Employee's Rights

Employee’s rights is fulfilled through salary and allowances with the calculation according to the fulfillment of the obligations of each employee as well as the service charge received by the hotel’s employees from hotel guests. The Company upholds equality between the rights and obligations of both the Company and employees contained in the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) and the Policy & Procedure as standard guidelines for every employee in performing their duties. In addition, the Company also provides other facilities such as health protection program through BPJS insurance program and Artha Graha insurance program. These both insurance programs are expected to provide optimal health protection to employees, thus encouraging high productivity for the Company. In collaboration with Artha Graha Peduli, each Company’s business units and offices provide health clinic including general practitioners. The Company and its subsidiaries also pay attention to the rights of employees who have reached retirement age in accordance with the Labor Law.

The Company has an appraisal and promotion system that are constantly be reviewed annually. To all employees, the Company provides assessment form to be filled out, where the Division Head will analyze the performance of each employee as a guide to apply for promotion. Some of the criteria included in this assessment are:

3. An understanding of the Company’s performance

In addition, the Company also provides the opportunity for employees to provide input regarding the next career move or necessary training to support the employee's career to the next career path. This input is valuable, since the desire of each employee to improve will be a good foundation for the Company to channel those interests into the Company's organization needs.
