1.8 Lokasi dan Waktu Penelitian
Lokasi penelitian adalah Laboratorium Farmakologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung.
Waktu penelitian dimulai pada bulan Desember 2011 sampai dengan bulan November 2012.

5.1 Simpulan
Ekstrak etanol akar pasak bumi (Eurycoma longifolia Jack.) dalam jamu “T” berpengaruh meningkatkan perilaku seksual mencit Swiss Webster jantan.
5.2 Saran
Penelitian mengenai pengaruh ekstrak etanol akar pasak bumi (Eurycoma
longifolia Jack.) dalam jamu “T” perlu dilanjutkan dengan:
1. Menggunakan berbagai dosis dengan beberapa variasi dosis yang lebih rendah.
2. Menggunakan ekstraksi dengan pelarut yang berbeda beserta fraksi-fraksinya dan hewan coba yang lain.
3. Memperpanjang waktu penelitian untuk menentukan efek yang stabil. 4. Penelitian dilakukan pada kondisi yang sesuai dengan habitat hewan coba
agar didapat hasil yang optimal
5. Dilakukan uji toksisitas dan efek samping pada hewan coba untuk mengetahui batas keamaan ekstrak etanol akar pasak bumi dalam jamu “T”.
