Fasilitas pinjaman ini diberikan kepada Perusahaan dan PDM untuk pembiayaan perolehan tanah dengan maksimum kumulatif pokok pinjaman masing-masing tidak melebihi

dari JPY 16.000.000.000 dan

JPY 15.000.000.000. Pinjaman dikenakan

bunga 0,6% per tahun dan dibayar dalam cicilan semesteran yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 18 Desember 2016. Pinjaman tersebut merupakan pinjaman tanpa jaminan.

These loan facilities were used to finance the land acquisition of the Company and PDM with a maximum cumulative principal draw down of JPY 16,000,000,000 and JPY 15,000,000,000, respectively. The loansbear interest at 0.6% per annum and payable in semi-annual installments until December 18, 2016. The loans are unsecured.

diperpanjang sampai dengan tanggal

merupakan pinjaman tanpa jaminan.

The loan bears interest at 0.6% per annum and was due on December 31, 2012 but has been extended until December 31, 2013. The loans are unsecured.

Pada tanggal 15 April 2013, Perusahaan dan PDM menandatangani “Amended and Restated

Shareholder Loan Agreement” dengan Sojitz

Corporation, mengubah jatuh tempo fasilitas pinjaman yang telah diterima Perusahaan dan PDM menjadi 19 Juni 2016 dan dibayar dalam cicilan semesteran dan suku bunga per tahun sebesar 1,75% diatas suku bunga Tokyo Interbank Offered Rate (TIBOR) tiga (3) bulan.

On April 15, 2013, the Company and PDM entered to an “Amended and Restated Shareholder Loan Agreement” with Sojitz, to change the maturity date of the loan facilities obtained by the Company and PDM to June 19, 2016 and payable in semi-annual installmentsand bear interest per annum at 1.75% over three (3) months of Tokyo Interbank Offered Rate (TIBOR).

Pada tanggal 19 Juni 2015, Perusahaan telah melunasi pinjaman dari fasilitas Sojitz Land
