An Act to provide for Bonuses on the Export of

tralia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, as follows:

This Act may be cited for all purposes as

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, C C exported butter." Definition "exported

butter " shall mean butter made in South Australia of South Aus- tralian produce and exported t o a port outside the Australasian Colonies.

Any maker of butter shall, during the period of three years Bonue tobepaid-

Any regulation made pursuant to the preceding section may provide for the official stamping and certifying of butter which, as to quality, kind, and packing, complies with the requisites of section 4.

Appropriation of

reyenue.

The general revenue of the province is hereby &ppropriated for the payment of the bonus provided for by this Act.

Litation of bonus.

8.

The amount paid by the Treasurer under this Act shall not exceed Twelve Thousand Pounds.
