Act to amend the Supreme Court Act.1935-1960.

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Supreme Court Act Shorttltle8.
Amendment Act, 1962".
(2) The Supreme Court Act, 1935-1960, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the "Supreme Court Act, 1935-1962".
(3) The Supreme Court Act, 1935-1960, is hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act".
2. This Act is incorporated with the principal Act and that Incorporation.
Act and this Act shall be read as one Act.
3. Subsection (1) of section 82 of the principal Act is amended ~~e~g:te':~tor by substituting for the words "a deputy master" at the end of 8.82 (1). •
that subsection the words "not more than two deputy masters".
