KLG may advise the consent holder in writing in relation to any of the above matters. No later than 20 working days before the start of construction, the consenting party shall notify the ORC in writing of the proposed construction start date. At least 10 working days prior to commencement of works at Horne Creek or One Mile Creek, the consent holder must provide the ORC with a detailed construction program and methodology to confirm that the information includes details of: a) Commencement date and expected duration of the works;.

No later than 20 working days after the completion of channel construction within Horne Creek and One Mile Creek, the Consent Holder shall provide the following information to the ORC: a) Geographic coordinates of the channels in the two creeks (upper and lower reaches bottom); Average depth of water in canals (at normal summer and winter low flow and design flow); c). Part A - General conditions

All management plans will be submitted to the QLDC in their regulatory capacity to certify compliance and consistency with the applicable requirements and objectives set out in the conditions for each plan. Unless a different period is stated in the following conditions, the plan must be submitted at least 20 working days before the start of construction (excluding enabling works). If the Requiring Authority has not received a response from the QLDC in their regulatory capacity within 20 working days of submitting a management plan for certification, the plan will be deemed certified.

9A If the QLDC responds that they cannot certify the plan, they must provide written motivation to the claiming authority and recommend changes to the plan. The claiming body must consider all reasons and recommendations of the QLDC in their regulatory capacity and resubmit an amended plan for certification. 9B If the requesting agency does not receive a response from the QLDC in their regulatory capacity within 5 business days, the amended plan will be deemed certified.

Management plans may be submitted in parts or phases to address specific activities or to reflect the phased implementation of the project. If the Requesting Authority has not received a response from QLDC in their regulatory capacity within 5 working days of the resubmission of an amended management plan for re-certification, the amended plan will be deemed certified.

A sketch plan for the pedestrian bridge (See Part B Typical Cross Sections, Henry Street to Melbourne Street Link, Plan SK013 - Section 03, page 15 attached to the Urban Design Report - Queenstown Arterials Technical Report Consent Conditions Report, dated 28 September 2020, Document Reference 2031 by Landlab in Annex 20 of the AEE) must be prepared in accordance with Section 176A of the RMA. Part B – Pre-construction conditions

The frequency with which the KLG meets and the format or nature of the meetings is monthly, unless otherwise agreed between the requesting authority and the KLG. The draft CNVMP is submitted to KLG and CLG, and a period of at least 20 working days is allowed for comments and consultation.

The remediation will be undertaken within 30 working days of the completion of the project construction works within 50 meters of the Properties or any other period agreed between the Required Authority and the Diocese. The claiming body shall ensure continuous monitoring and eradication of woody weeds that may become established within the plantations and in the designated area. If it is found that parts of plot E41/228 are within the area that will be affected by the project work, those parts of plot E41/228 must be fenced off and excluded from the works.

Once surveyed, the extent of the archaeological site E41/228 will be marked on the ground by a suitably qualified and experienced archaeologist to ensure that they are not damaged by the Project Works. Prior to the commencement of Phase 1 construction works in the vicinity of the corner of Ballarat and Henry Streets, the Required Authority will remove and replant the heritage Elm tree (Tree Reference 199, Schedule of Protected Trees in Chapter 32 of the Proposed District Plan (Part Five) Decision Version Sep 2020 ) to an alternative location in the Queenstown Lakes district.

The methodology to ensure a successful transplant of the elm tree, the determination of the alternate site and the execution of all relocation work will be to the satisfaction of the QLDC in their regulatory capacity. 26 Part C – Construction conditions

The TMPs must comply with the version of the NZ Transport Agency Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management in force at the time the TMP is prepared.
