Information
Orange City Council and the Orange Aquatic Centre are looking for a motivated and innovative Learn to Swim professional who is looking to take the next step in their Aquatics career! As our Learn to Swim and Programs Co-ordinator you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and undertaking a variety of Aquatic leisure, health and sporting related programs within the Orange Aquatic Centre to meet the needs of the community.
Using your exceptional communication skills you will be the first point of contact for all program enquiries as you manage enrolments, develop rosters, undertake program development and supervise and mentor staff. With innovative vision and drive you will work closely with the Aquatic Centre Manager to develop a range of leading aquatic programs that will continue to produce a dedicated income stream for the Aquatic Centre. To be successful you'll need to have a current Learn to Swim accreditation, a current Provide CPR (HLTAID001) certificate and a current NSW Working with Children Check. You'll also need a current Bronze Medallion and Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) certificate - or have the ability to obtain this prior to employment
