Imagine a rewarding career where you have the opportunity to Feel Alive every day!An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Head Squad Coach within Mingara One, the premier Aquatics and Fitness facility on the Central Coast. The position is responsible for leading the Squad team, programming and coaching our squad swimmers. The ideal candidate will have GREAT communication skills, flexible availability to work early morning and nights, an ability for quick thinking and initiative, as well as a fun,
constructive and caring style of leadership. In this position it is essential that you have:
•5 years experience in coaching silver level and/ or higher swimmers • Strong team leadership skills •Silver coaching license or higher • Working with children’s check (NSW)
• Sound experience in developing and delivering successful coaching programs •Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificates. Benefits of joining the Mingara One team include;
