0406. Club Code

1. General

1.1. Clubs may set their own dress code. However, clubs must register their dress code or uniform with the Chief Executive Officer of Archery Victoria.

1.2. Clubs should instruct their members on Tournament etiquette.

1.3. It is the Clubs responsibility to ascertain that each member entering a tournament is;

1.3.1. an AV affiliated member.

1.3.2. supplies the correct class or rating.

1.4. Clubs shall send a detailed list of their office bearers within 21 days of the meeting appointing such officers. Minimum requirement is President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Recorder.

1.4.1. Changes of office throughout the year shall also be notified within 21 days using AV Form 0623.

1.5. Each Club must be incorporated and remain incorporated.

1.6. Clubs are responsible for collecting AV-AA affiliation fees from members and remitting them to Archery Victoria, via the Chief Executive Officer.

1.7. Employees or contractors to Archery Victoria may not nominate for positions on the AV Board of Management.

1.8. Clubs should refer to “Youth and Senior Development booklet” for State Team selection.
