Dear Member,Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on: Sunday, 18th June 2017 at 3:00pm
at: Karalee Tavern, 84 Junction Rd, Karalee
It is expected that the business of the meeting will be concluded by no later than 4:00pm.

1. Centre Manager’s Report
2. Presentation of Accounts and Auditor’s Report 3. Election of Office Bearers for season 2017/18 4. Appointment of Auditor
5. General Business
Even if you cannot assist in a committee position you may be able to provide support to assist the committee. It is your centre and this is your opportunity to have a say in how it is run. There is much to be done in preparing for the season start in September and the incoming committee will appreciate any assistance offered.
Description of Committee Positions
The Management of the Centre shall be vested in an elected Centre Management Committee comprising not less than six (6) members all of whom shall be adults.
The following six (6) positions will constitute the minimum acceptable committee:
1. Centre Manager 2. Centre Secretary 3. Treasurer / Registrar 4. Officials Officer 5. Programme Officer 6. Records Officer
Additional positions of Committee Member may be created if desired. Nominations for committee positions will close with the Secretary at 3:00pm on Sunday 18th June 2017.
