National Parks and Wildlife Act 1975-1984

National Parks and Wildlife Service Brisbane, 4th February, 1988 HIS Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1975-1984, has been pleased to make the following regulations.

GEOFF MUNTZ AMENDMENT TO THE NATIONAL PARKS REGULATIONS

1987

1. Citation. The National Parks Regulations 1987 are in these . regulations referred to as the Principal Regulations.

2. Amendment of Third Schedule. The Principal Regulations are amended in the Third Schedule by:

(a) Omitting the symbol "." where it appears after the words

"Epping Forest" and substituting the symbol ";"; and

(b) Inserting after the words "The whole of National Park 3, parish of Epping Forest;" the following:

"The whole of National Park 219, Parish of Bunker;

The whole of National Park 220, Parish of Bunker;

The whole of National Park 821, Parish of Meadow Flats;

That part of National Park 296, Parish of Bunker, described as Wreck Island;".
