Note

The Deakin Law Review notes that parts of the text on pages 22, 23, 53 and 55 of the article by Dr Alex Low, 'To Counterfeit in China is Divine: Or is it?' (2002) 7 Deakin Law Review 21 draw heavily on the text appearing on pages 22, 26, 28 and 29 of an article by Douglas Clark, 'IP Rights Protection Will Improve in China', (May-June 2000) The China Business Review 22. This should now be acknowledged.
