Notice is given that Council has received the following advertised development application for which Council is the consent authority. The application, statement of environmental effects and plans are available for viewing at Council’s Customer Service Centre during Council’s business hours. The Hills Shire Council is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitable businesses to act as a Food Stalls Consultant (FSC) and manage food vendors for a selection of Council’s major events for the next 12 months.

The successful businesses will need to offer quality service in managing stallholders, a diverse range, proven experience in servicing major outdoor events, evidence of compliance with WHS legislation, SafeWork NSW, Environment and Health safety standards and full insurance coverage.
