Only after all conditions of the resource consents have been met will Auckland Council issue a letter confirming compliance at the request of the consent holder. The permit holder will invite each of the following parties to have a representative on the CLG:. g) Nominated Mana Whenua representatives; and. h) Nominated representative of Eden We Love Society Incorporated. The speed of the response will be determined by the urgency of the matter as determined by Auckland Council; and. h).

Within 10 working days after the first meeting, CLG informs the consent holder about the appointed building surveyor. Approval of Auckland Transport's engineering plan for the detailed design of works at junctions and vehicle crossings (see conditions 22-25). The purpose of the CTMP is to ensure that during demolition, earthworks and construction. The permit holder must provide Auckland Transport for approval with an engineering plan of the detailed design which implements the recommendations of the preliminary road safety audit and includes consideration of:. Monitoring results are shared with Auckland Council and CLG within 5 working days of completion of monitoring. Monitoring results are used to verify the adequacy of the CNVMP and CMP. The consent holder must ensure that earthworks do not cause airborne dust deposited outside the property boundary of the site which is found to be noxious, objectionable or offensive.

The consent holder must ensure that the excavated materials, when removed from the site, are suitably disposed of in an approved landfill and provide invoices to Auckland Council on completion of the earthworks. The certified Lighting Plan will be implemented as part of the construction of the development and will be maintained thereafter. The supermarket's trading hours will be limited to 6.30am to 10pm, seven days a week.

Any proposed changes to the location, dimensions, colours, materials and lighting of the signs will be submitted to Auckland Council for certification.

The Construction Management/Construction Traffic Management Plan is intended to provide flexibility for both the consent holder and Auckland Council for managing the earthworks and construction activity. Any revision must be consistent with the stated objectives of the management plan and limited to the scope of this consent.

Where any vehicular crossings or access roads from public roads are to be altered or removed or where any new vehicular crossings or access roads from public roads are proposed or where road widening works are proposed, approval must be obtained from Auckland Transport. The National Code of Practice for Utility Operators Access to Transport Corridors http://nzuag.org.nz/nationalcode/ApprovedNationalCodeFeb13.pdf and Auckland Transport Design Manual https://at.govt.nz/aboutus/manuals-guidelines/transport-design-manual/. Applications for temporary use of the road reserve during construction must be submitted to Auckland Transport as a Corridor Access Request (CAR).

Prior to the construction of any road signs, road markings or traffic control devices within the legal road, the permit holder is required to submit a Resolution Report for approval by Auckland Transport Traffic Control Committee to legalize the proposed traffic control devices (eg traffic signs, road markings and traffic calming devices). The resolution process may require public consultation to be undertaken in accordance with Auckland Transport's standard procedures. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to prepare a permanent traffic and parking change report and submit it to Auckland Transport for review and approval.

No installation of any road signs will be permitted before the resolution is approved by the Auckland Transport Traffic Control Committee (TCC). The consent holder will be responsible for securing any road encroachment licence(s) or lease(s) for any private structure that projects on the legal road has been obtained by Auckland Transport. Encroachment licenses are not a Resource Management Act matter and acceptance or refusal of any application is at the sole discretion of Auckland Transport.

The provision of traffic control devices requires a resolution under s330 LGA1974 from Auckland Transport and a minimum of 45 working days must be allowed for approval.
