T H E VICE-CHANCELLOR'S PRIZE.
. The Vice-Chancellor offers a Prize of Twenty Guineas for the best English Essay, open to all Matriculated Students of the University not of standing for the Degree of Master of Arts.
The Essays are to be sent in to the Registrar on or before the first day of March.
Every Essay is to be distinguished by a motto, and to be accompanied by a sealed envelope containing the name of the Author, and bearing upon its exterior the same motto.
No Essay is to be in tho handwriting of thc Author.
