RE: ENTRIES OPEN FOR MENS AND WOMENS ACT SINGLES
Entries are now open for the ACT Men’s and Women’s Singles. The Men’s event will be held at
Tuggeranong (and other venues if required) on Saturdays 2, 16 and 23 March. The Women’s event with be held at Canberra BC (and other venues if required) on Sundays 3, 17 and 24 March. The format will be determined when entries close but is likely to be sectional play followed by knockout. ALL entrants should be aware that you will be expected to mark matches, and that this may be prior to or following your own match.
As previously, ALL entries must be made online through the Bowls ACT website. However, the location for the submitting your entry is different on the ‘new-look’ website. You can submit entries by following the links in the top, drop down menu (under “ACT Events”) or by clicking on the image in the centre of the home screen. Both will take you to the same place, and then to the entry form as used in previous years.
