A registered student who has completed the equivalent of the first and second years of the standard full-time course, normally with a WGA of not less than 4.5 overall, may, at the discretion of the Cooperative Education Program Coordinator, pursue the Cooperative Education option. This includes 10-12 months of paid full-time employment in an approved industrial/commercial environment, during which time the student will be enrolled in the Industrial Experience I (first semester) and Industrial Experience II (second semester) units. Students who choose to study Elective B should study CSB281 instead of CSB262.
