An Act to amend the Health Act, 1935-1 941.
[Assented to 9th December, 1943.]
BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the" Health Act Amend- ment Act, 1943 ".
(2) The Health Act, 1935-1941, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the" Health Act, 1935-1943 ".
(3) The Health Act, 1935-1941, is hereinafter referred to as
" the principal Act".

Short titles.
2. Section 83 of the principal Act is amended by inserting Amendment of
therein after paragraph (h) of subsection (1) thereof the following ~riS:ci~al Act-
Paragraphs ._ Disposal of
• night soil.
(hi) carries or conveys any night soil through the streets except in a properly covered receptacle;
(h2) suffers any night soil to be deposited on or to spill on to any street ;
3. Section 128 of the principal Act is amended- Amendment of 8.128 of principal Act-
(a) by inserting after the word "tuberculosis" in the Notlflcatlon
second line thereof the words" or any other form of ~!b:::l:id
