Helensburgh and Districts Little Athletics
PARENT AGREEMENT Dear Parents
Parent participation is essential to the running of Little Athletics, both at weekly competition and at carnvials. To ensure that all scheduled events are available to your child, it important that you read and agree to the following expectations.
1. By registering my child/children with Helensburgh and Districts Little Athletics Club, I understand if my child is at the venue, they must have a parent or guardian on the ground at Rex Jackson oval at all times, regardless whether they are competing.
2. I understand that I must help out at the weekly competition at Rex Jackson Oval.
3. I understand that I am required to help with setting up and packing up when required.
4. I understand if my child participates in any Little Athletics sactioned carnvial, including Zone, Region, State or State Relay Carnivals, I am required to accompany them to the event.
5. I understand if my child participates in any Little Athletics sanctioned carnival, including Zone, Region, State or State Relay Carnivals, I am required to perform a parent duty at that carnival, whether you nominate or are appointed.
6. I understand that Helensburgh Little A’s committee holds the right to withdraw a child from ANY canrival if parent helper duties are not nominated nor fulfilled at that carnival or a previous carnival.
7. I understand and will abide by the Behaviour Guidelines as set out in the Little Athletics NSW in the Member Protection Policy (http://www.lansw.com.au/Resources/Policies- Guidelines/Member-Protection.)
8. I understand that any non-compliance of this agreement may lead to my children not competing or being able to represent Helensburgh and Districts Little Athletics Club at sanctioned events. I also understand that non-compliance my lead to my children being ineligible to receive any awards or prizes through the season.
