1 PIGEON VALLEY STEAM MUSEUM INC GRANT REQUEST
The report contained in the agenda provided information regarding the request from Pigeon Valley Steam Museum Inc for reallocating the grant to support the gas engine project towards the steam pipe system overhaul.
Cr Higgins said the original job to get the gas engine going is still something they want to do. At present it is at Founders but the Steam Museum club have agreed to do it. While the funding application will be withdrawn at this time, there will be another application at a later date.

THAT the Grants and Community Facilities Subcommittee accepts the request for reallocation of the $3,000 grant from the gas engine shed project to the steam pipe overhaul, conditional on the formal withdrawal of the original
application and the Subcommittee acceptance of an updated application for the steam pipe project.
