REASONS
The Development Application has been assessed against the relevant heads of consideration under Section 4.15 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2019 and The Hills Development Control Plan 2012 and is considered satisfactory.
The Development Application was referred to NSW Environmental, Energy and Science (Heritage) who raised no objections to the proposal as Section 60 of the Heritage Act 1977 approval has been issued for the proposed works.
The application is consistent with the Conservation Management Plan and Plan of Management for Bella Vista Farm.
