[Assented to, December 9, 1853.1 it is expedient to amend an Act passed in the sixteenth year of the Reign of Her present Majesty, intituled
L' An Act to prevent the exten&& of the Scab in Sheep in South Australia, and to nlalre provision for the destruction of Sheep infected with that disorder "-Be it Enacted, by the Lieutenant- Governor of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council of the sarne as follows :
