Provision of Janitorial Services in the Department of Finance for CY 2017 This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 3 is issued to modify or amend the schedule of bidding activities in Section 1. Invitation to Bid found in the Bid Document. The pre-bidding conference is reset due to the lack of quorum as required under the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184, Rule No. V, Section 12.3. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Document.
