This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 1 is issued to modify or amend the item in ITB Clauses 21 and 24.1 under Section III of the Bid Data Sheet found in the Bid Document.
The submission and opening of bids are reset until the technical parameters are established awaiting for DOF’s advice. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Document.
