The DOF reserves the right to increase or reduce the number of shuttle service for any given period on the duration of the contract. In addition, the DOF may extend or terminate the contract depending on the
protocols/guidelines to be set by the IATF on mass transportation.
2.2
The payment of the DOF Shuttle Service will be on a monthly basis, upon submission of Billing
Statement and other supporting documents.
The DOF may require the service provider to provide additional shuttle service when needed, to cover the possible additional trips for each bus routes. The cost of the additional shuttle service will be the same as the rental cost for one round trip provided in each of the bus routes as specified in the Schedule of Prices. The
corresponding additional cost shall be paid upon submission of
complete documents
