B. Secure Checklist of bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat Office after payment of the non-refundable bidder’s fee. Accomplish the duly certified requirements in three (3) copies, and submit the same at the BAC Secretariat Office on or before the deadline set.

C. Bid Related Schedules:

D.Bid opening shall be on January 16, 2015 @ 2:00PM at the Legal Office. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted.

E. The MSU-IIT reserves the right to review the qualifications of a selected bidder, subject to technical and production criteria, reject any or all bids, waive any formality or defect therein and accept the offer considered most advantageous to MSU-IIT.

F. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, and equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC (For the procurement of Non-expendable Supplies), Or contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC (For the procurement of Expendable Supplies).

G. The MSU-IIT reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract awards without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
