Clause
5.4 The Bidder must have completed, for the last five (5) years from August 2008 to August 2013, a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. Such contract must be part of the statement of completed government and private contract.
Proof of completion of such contract must be submitted:
1. Certificate of completion, or satisfactory performance from the client/s or official receipts; and
2. Contract Agreement
For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Security Services.

5.4 The Bidder must have completed, for the last three (3) years from October 2010 to October 2013, a single contract that is similar (supply, delivery, installation and configuration of various IT equipment) to the contract to be bid, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
Proof of completion of such contract must be submitted:
1. Certificate of completion, or satisfactory performance from the client/s or official receipts; and
2. Contract Agreement
For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Security Services.
