Upon the conclusion of such re-election, the person so appointed shall declare as elected the person or persons equal to the number of electors having or having received the greatest number of votes. Any person so declared elected shall be and shall be deemed to have been duly elected as a director of the Association and shall hold office for such term as if he had been elected in accordance with the rules of the Association. Persons holding office immediately before said new election shall continue in office until their successors have been duly elected in accordance with this rule.
All expenses for and in connection with or prior to the said new election are covered by the funds of the association in question. If the ordinary general meeting of an association is not held within the time prescribed by its articles of association, the general meeting must be held at a later time in the same year, as the registrar may determine by written notification. A meeting held on the date specified by the Registrar shall in all respects be and be deemed to be the annual general meeting of the Association for that year in accordance with its articles of association and to be a good and valid meeting.

When such an application is properly made, the Minister may cancel the registration of the association.
