Deb to organise audit for AGM
Region meeting at Sunbury now the 26th March. Emma to book room.
A4 paper box and coloured paper for kids results for AGM and laminate pages.

Coaching: Only 3 kids this week. Need to get training organised for kids going to state Web Manager: Nil

Equipment: Geoff Sharman needs reimbursement for herbicide and spray pack
Canteen: Nil
General Business: Need to get cover for chain on the fridge as the metal chain is scratching it.
Deb will get sausages and bread for kids BBQ at AGM.
Show of hands indicated not many committee members returning to their positions next season. Dave to advertise in newsletter and at club events ie: expressions of interest for positions.
Brook would like “A” frame light weight fold up that fits in a car for taking to region events. – Future purchase
