NARRABEEN TRACK UPGRADE UPDATE
On Friday 23 February 2018 the NSW Office of Sport Project Manager for the Narrabeen Track upgrade advised:
1. The expected completion date for the Track Upgrade is 16 March 2018 assuming mostly fine weather from 23 February until then.
2. The track surface being laid is the Polytan SPURTAN surface
– please click / tap here for Polytan website informationabout Polytan track surface types and their characteristics.
3. The substrate has been repaired and the base asphalt layer has been laid on the Track and LJ run ups.
4. The top layers are currently being laid on the Track.

Wrapping up some awesome results from the NSW Open State Championships at SOPAC
👏▪ Sydney Pacific gained 2 new State Title holders with Lachlan McEntyre winning GOLD
🥇 inthe Discus and Ben Treeby winning GOLD
🥇 in the 200m!▪ Matthew Tilley was the club's third medallist with BRONZE
🥉 in the High Jump.▪ Overall, a fantastic weekend in windy conditions, as Sydney Pacific was represented by 29 athletes achieving many PB's, SB's, 13 top 8 finishes and 4 Club records.
