After the first 720 round there will be a lunch break.
Continuation of QRE for the second 720 round commences immediately after lunch.
Archers shooting the second round must be at the venue by 11.00 to sign in.

Prior registration is essential. The events will be cancelled if less than four archers of cadet age or older have registered by the closing date for entries. The event will also be cancelled if the required number of archers do not turn up on the day or complete the events.
Competitors please ensure that you bring your current AA membership card with you as you may not participate without proof of current membership.
Archers are required to enter individual arrow values in Archers Diary at the target or before leaving the venue. To make this easier please bring a device with you so that scoring can be done at the target.
Archers are on display to the public and are required to be appropriately attired at the event and please remember to Slip-Slop-Slap and drink adequate water during the event. Please let the organisers know on the day if you have any issue with photos being taken.
Lunch is not available however there are food outlets in Samford. Drinks can be purchased from the canteen.
The tournament will be held in accordance with World Archery, Archery Australia, SQAS and SVTA constitution, rules, policies and procedures.
The Samford Valley Target Archers at Samford Parklands is located about 500m north of Samford Village on Mount Samson Rd (the Samford to Dayboro road) the old entrance is still open to turn in at the council depot (old CSIRO glass houses). A new entrance about 1km further on with better sight distance is also open, just turn in at the tennis courts and follow the long internal road to the club. See the web site www.samfordarchery.org

Age Divisions 2018
1. Cubs – pay the Youth fee
Anyone born in the year 2005 or since then i.e. they are younger
An athlete may compete in the cub class in tournaments when the competition takes place up to and in the year of his/her 13th birthday.
2. Intermediate – pay the Youth fee Anyone born in the years 2003 or 2004
An athlete may compete in the intermediate class in tournaments when the competition takes place up to and in the year of his/her 15th birthday.
3. Cadets – pay the Youth fee Anyone born in the years 2001 or 2002
An athlete may compete in the cadet class in tournaments when the competition takes place up to and in the year of his/her 17th birthday.
4. 20 and Under (if under 18 years old) - you pay the Youth fee as a minor Anyone born in the years 1998 or 1999 or 2000
An athlete may compete in the junior class in tournaments when the competition takes place up to and in the year of his/her 20th birthday.
5. Open – pay the Adult fee Anyone born in 1969 to 1997 inclusive
An athlete of any age may compete in the open class in tournaments.
6. Masters – pay the Adult fee Anyone born in the years 1959 to 1968
An athlete may compete in the master’s class in tournaments when the competition takes place up to and in the year of his/her 50th birthday and thereafter.
7. Veterans pay the Adult fee Anyone born in 1949 to 1958 inclusive
An athlete may compete in the veteran’s class in tournaments when the competition takes place up to and in the year of his/her 60th birthday and thereafter.
8. Veterans 70+ pay the Adult fee
Anyone born in or before 1948 i.e. they are older
An athlete may compete in the veteran 70+ class in tournaments when the competition takes place up to and in the year of his/her 70th birthday and thereafter.
