ADOPTED AMENDMENTS TO THE HILLS DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLAN (DCP) 2012 – INDUSTRIAL SECTION
Description: Council resolved at its meeting of 12 May 2015 to adopt amendments to DCP 2012 Part B Section 7 – Industrial, relating to land at 912–914 Old Northern Road, Glenorie. The amendments specify building setbacks and works to the road and footpath reservation adjoining the site.
The amendments were prepared in conjunction with a planning proposal to in part, rezone the land from RU6 Transition to IN2 Light Industrial. The planning proposal was notified in the NSW Government Gazette on Friday, 17 July 2015.
The amendments to the DCP will come into force on the date of publication of this notice.

PROPOSED TEMPORARy ROAD CLOSURE LUkAS AVENUE, kENTHURST In accordance with Section 115 of the Roads Act 1993, it is intended to temporarily close part of Lukas Avenue, Kenthurst to vehicle traffic on Sunday, 2 August 2015 from 9.30am–3.30pm.
The purpose of the closure is to assist with the Kenthurst Preschool’s Annual Fete.
Vehicle access for residents of Lukas Avenue will be maintained through Dural Street.
