I am submitting my project report titled "Customer Satisfaction of Real Estate Business in Bangladesh: A Study on Shikdar Real Estate Ltd" I have tried my best to find out the current situation of real estate sector in Bangladesh and customer satisfaction his. I sincerely hope that you will get the current scenario of real estate developments and customer satisfaction. Dhaka city 2% to 3% people live in housing which is made by real estate company.
Real estate business in Bangladesh is a recent phenomenon and mainly concentrated in the city of Dhaka. The rise in prices of flats is a major and debatable problem in the real estate sector in Bangladesh. The property development companies are criticized for charging a lot of money for an apartment.
Through this study, I have first prepared a brief history of real estate trade in Bangladesh, then I have tried to show the position of Shikdar and other real estate companies by considering the main market functions of the real estate industry.
