It is my pleasure to submit my Internship Report on ABC Real Estate Ltd Promotional Strategy. It was an excellent opportunity to gain experience and knowledge related to practical orientation at ABC Real Estate Limited. This report contains the promotional strategy of ABC Real Estate Ltd, where I worked as an intern for three months.

To make this report more valuable, I have gone through some books, journals, articles and annual reports of ABC Real Estate Limited. This is to announce that the internship report on ''Promotional Strategy of ABC Real Estate Ltd'' has been prepared as part of my internship formalities. I got an opportunity to do an internship program with ABC Real Estate Limited (ABC). This internship report has been prepared based on my academic and practical experience in real estate marketing activities. The report is written based on an assessment of ABC's sales and marketing activities.

The main objective of the study is to find out the sales and marketing activities of ABC Real Estate Ltd.

CHAPTER-TWO Literature Review

Literature review

One of the sectors within the service sector that has been most affected by the changes in the globalization process, and at the same time highly internationalized, is the banking sector (Sanchez-Peinado, 2003). Zineldin further states in his letter that banks are no longer concerned with buying and selling money. In recent times, increasing competition in the business world has forced companies to become more aware of prices and costs, resulting in a shift in the promotional mix towards greater use of promotional tools that are cost-effective in reaching the customer.

According to Rowly (1998), promotion is used by organizations to communicate with customers regarding their product offerings and also to ensure that customers are aware of the products available. Grankvist, Kollberg& Person (2004) state that with the growing importance of the financial sector, the pressure for more effective marketing management of the financial services escalates. Median (1996) argues that despite the recent recession, the financial sector continues to grow in terms of revenue and profits and thus has a sovereign impact on the other spare parts of the economy.

Due to this fact, the staff is one of the most important resources of a bank. Their competence will determine the quality of the bank and how well it functions (Marquardt, 1994). In the development process of Bangladesh, banks will have to bear more responsibilities than before to meet the financial needs of customers from different sectors of the economy.

The group created a perfect harmony of wisdom and new ideas; and that the partnership has stood the test of time is a testament to the stability of this Corporate House. The aim of the study was to investigate the promotional activities in various private real estate sectors in Bangladesh.

PM office, DU campus, various ministry and other important offices will be established in “Purbachal”. ABC Real Estate Ltd.” to ensure people get all these facilities by launching a project called “Purbachal Euro Bangla City”. We include proven, professional and state-of-the-art techniques specializing in the marketing, listing and sales of new and resale luxury homes, condominiums, condominiums, home sites, vacant lots and commercial and investment opportunities. Quality service, honesty and integrity are our philosophy.

The objective is to have a clear understanding of the planning, organization, management and control aspects of ABC Real Estate Ltd. Project facilities include DESCO, Titas Gas, T&T, WASA, Fire Service and Civil Defense, Police Box, Bank, Insurance Company, Petrol Pump, Eidgah Field, Security, Communication Infrastructure, Underground Drainage System, Lake, Children's Park, School , College, University, Playground, Community Center and Entertainment System, Shopping Center and Market, Health and Treatment Center, Cemetery out of which 40% of the project area is allocated. amp; The 30 meter wide road will be developed and handed over to the large DCC lakeside park which will contain modern facilities for children.

Application must be made via the company application form, including 2 copies of a recent photo and the booking fee. The total price of the allocated plot depends on the timely payment of the installments. The client cannot take note of matters. In this case, the officers of this department communicate with the client to record the dead. By then, the agents will make a rough copy of the deed.

If someone changes their payment schedule or changes the plot, then this department handles all the procedures. This department also prepares a record of registration when the customer pays all the dues with the registrations.

There is a standard and organized procedure of operating real estate business in Bangladesh. After the completion of the land procurement, the company begins to prepare the architectural project from the architects. In most cases, real estate developers engage a consulting firm in the design of the land project.

The request for the allocation of the plot must be submitted on the prescribed application form, duly signed by the customer along with the security deposit. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application in accordance with the Company's rules and regulations. Upon acceptance of the application, the company issues an award letter to the customer, with which the customer begins to pay according to the schedule. As a result of late payment after the due date, the assignee will be liable to pay a late fee (the amount varies from company to company) for every 30 days on the amount of late payment.

In such a case, the amount paid from the allotment will be returned after the dedication of the big money and after the allotment of the canceled plot. The possession of the plot will be duly handed over to the allottees upon completion and full payment of installments and other fees and obligations. The company is responsible if the delivery of the project is delayed due to any limitation of the company.

In this case, the company has to pay a percentage of money every month to the respective client until the project is delivered. After completing the total development work of individual land, the company starts handing over the land to the respective owners.

Sales Promotional Activities

A sales promotion is an incentive offered to a consumer or potential business customer to encourage the purchase of a product or service. A business can offer many types of promotional activities, including free samples, coupons, discounts, prizes, product demonstrations, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and even refunds or rebates. The purpose of free samples is to get consumers to taste the food and make a purchase.

Sweepstakes usually have to be important enough to attract a large number of people to buy. The four main tools of promotion are advertising, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing. 36 Once the message is accepted, the next step is to finalize the medium for delivering the message.

Companies are looking at ways to converge with marketing and public relations functions in public relations marketing. The direct responsibility of marketing public relations (MBR) is to support corporate and product branding activities. MPR is an effective tool in building awareness through the generation of stories in the media. The communication that takes place through a direct channel without the use of any intermediaries is referred to as direct marketing.

Face-to-face selling, direct mail, catalog marketing, telemarketing, TV and kiosks are direct marketing media. Advertising, promotional activity, public relations and direct marketing play an essential role in helping companies achieve their marketing goals.

ABC Real Estate Ltd believes that their unmatched level of quality, good location and technological advantages put ABC Real Estate Ltd in a position for themselves. It is essential that ABC Real Estate Ltd understands the client's needs and priorities.

Each of ABC Real Estate Ltd's target projects needs the quality, convenience, service, security, convenience and technological equipment that can only be found at ABC Real Estate Ltd. For people who want high quality, good environment and good location ABC Real Estate Ltd Massive experience and expertise in developing high quality and lower cost living for middle class people and upper class people is required looking for luxury apartments.

Electronic Media: ABC Real Estate Limited for some time use "Electronic Media" for advertisement like CD, DVD for any project, animation, any other presentation, multimedia presentation, E-mail, website etc. Price Less Offer: ABC Real Estate Limited sometimes gives a priceless offer of 5%-15% of the total price.

CHAPTER- SIX Findings &Analysis

Meanwhile, the customer talks about his problem regarding his payment, confidentiality and much more. In the final deed, the problem arises when the client wants to register the land in the name of one of his friends and relatives. The majority of customers want to know on what date the land will be transferred to them.

CHAPTER- SEVEN

Recommendations

Corporate Branch thinks that long-term training for company officers is necessary for the improvement of the service. Maximum customers expect the responsible price, so carefully the price must be fixed in per plot. To give financial assistance like Desa, Tista, Wasa, T&T which need to be strengthened and to connect utilities immediately, the procedural bottleneck should be removed.
