HR Planning

  • Recruitment

Integrate HR planning with corporate planning The first step in HR planning is to integrate it with business planning. Assessing or surveying the natural internal and external factors that have an impact on the availability and demand of employment is the second stage in the HR planning process. Assessing internal HR capabilities: Analyzing the internal pool of HR expertise is the next step.

The assessment of internal characteristics and deficiencies in the framework of personnel planning requires the evaluation of the current workplace and workers, as well as a stock of hierarchical capabilities. Forecasting and assessing the demand and supply of human resources: Forecasting and calculating the supply and demand of human resources: When predicting the interest of the HR market, hierarchical goals and processes are taken into account along with information obtained through external natural filtration and evaluation of internal qualities and shortcomings. To find the required HR: The availability of HR should be determined when the need for them is identified.

Selecting the sources from which the necessary instructors will be available is a primary step in staffing planning.

The most beneficial job postings describe the actual nature of the task, the credentials required and the salary range. Go through the workers' files to see if everything is correct and up-to-date; if there are any errors, they must be addressed. The organization did not get an exemption certificate from the relevant authorities for generators with a capacity of 680KW.

The factory stored several gas cylinders in the tire wagon, which was left in front of the building next to the exit road. From the documents it was noticed that all employees are not properly trained in training like health and safety issues, awareness training like COVID-19 etc. Most of the time I observed audit in the factory so the employees were too busy so I could not learn from them properly.

As an intern, I was not allowed to get all the factory information and data collection. Data collection was problematic due to audit sessions and poor reporting processes at the factory. The company should equip sitting staff in the sewing sector with ergonomic chairs (with backs and a cushion).

In the factory it is necessary to ensure that 100% of the employees are properly trained for training such as health and safety issues, awareness training such as COVID -19 etc. As one of the largest green manufacturing lines, Torque Fashions Ltd operates in many parts of the world and provides garments to various classes of customers. In an area where there wouldn't be a green manufacturing plant for any garment from the premium-focused apparel division, there's a Torque processing facility.

To interpret all the facts in the report, I tried to integrate the involvement with clothes with the coupling of diligent work. Bangladesh's export of ready-made garments in the concentrated globalized marketing illustrates the country's position in the neoliberal sector. The export of ready-made garments from Bangladesh in the context of worldwide, focused marketing exemplifies the nation's place in the neoliberal economy.

One of the key elements of superior management is the development of accountability and openness at all levels of responsibility. Decent work' in the garment sector in Bangladesh: The role of ethical human resource management, trade unions and situated moral agency.
