I got an opportunity to work for 40 days at Mohammadpur Fertility Services Hospital and Education Center under the supervision of fouzie akter. Their antenatal unit works exclusively for pregnant women and takes special care of them. This center provides condoms, implants, birth control pills, vaginal ring, tubal ligation, injection, vasectomy, etc. For a long time they provided a special service for pregnant women, in 2010 they added a 24-hour maternity service with 100 beds.
Specific attention is given to the proper nutritional care of mothers during pregnancy, in order to have a healthy baby in the future. All health professionals are trained and provide accurate information to ensure this policy is effective. Benefits and rules of breastfeeding all pregnant and expectant mothers, breastfeeding one is well aware of the misuse of malnutrition and excess nutrients.
Only breastfeed newborns until six months of age, and no other diet at this time. Arrangements are made to keep the newborn in contact with the mother at all times. The right way to breastfeed is to properly teach and explain to the mother how to breastfeed, even if the baby is different from the mother.
We recommend giving your baby homemade supplements from six months onwards and breastfeeding for two years. ACTIVITIES: Mainly MFSTC has three types of activities which are mentioned below- 1. MFSTC Center conducted training specially focusing on Family Planning and MR methods for Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics. They offer free family planning methods like vasectomy, ligation, injection, implant, pill, vaginal ring, etc. They also provided other services such as social activities which include prenatal and postnatal counseling and treatment.
They also have social care where patients get birth registration and this sector also helps poor people. Until 1980, MFSTC received funding from PATH INTERNATIONAL with government assistance, and then the POPULATION CRISIS COMMITTEE funded the clinic.
Function
Reception: at first people come here and two or three receptionists are working here. One writes the details of the patients and other one gives card for keeping

Doctor's office: there are many experience specialists who offer administration to the pregnant, tolerant with private problems and who need ligation, vaginal ring, vasectomy, office and so on. CONDOM, PILL AND INJECTION UNIT: this unit pill given free of charge and condom given at lower cost and additionally given depo-Provera prophylactic infusion. General guidance of the patients and give guidelines on how they should follow along and what kind of nutrition they should eat.
IUD UNIT: this unit sets up the vaginal ring before checking and testing the state of well-being and provides them with guidance. A family planning specialist works for infertility patients to recommend and refer them to the specialist. VASECTOMY UNIT: this unit has two rooms. One is physical examination and record keeping and the other room is vasectomy.
In the wake of performing all the conventions, the tolerance is sent to the room after employment. This unit has thought with guidance on breast encouraging direction, nutrition counseling and jaw vaccination, thinking about the technique of family arrangement. Check from month to month the weight, height, blood pressure of the patients and check the heart rate of the child.

Nutrition unit: a nutritionist works here to think about the living standards of the children. Breastfeeding Unit: I went to the indoor patients and at that time met the basic patients who checked each new mother. At that time I went to the open-air patients towards the end of the round, I worked in this department for several days. They consistently give the patient various lessons on strengthening the bosom, unusual attention and nutrition for the pregnant mother, vaccination, youth care, and so on.
I learned many things like record keeping, office organization, advice, how to persuade the patients, how to give thought and guidelines to the patient, pregnant mother care, how to think before or after transport, and so on. I took in various things like record keeping, office association, exhortation, how to convince the patients, how to think about the patient and give rules, pregnant mother care, how to care before or after transport, etc.
