In reference to our previous memo regarding –collection of documents from different schools, we are providing a detail list of documents we need. Typically we are interested in any Forms, Guidelines, Policy, Processes, Committee (Composition and mode of operation) and concerned individual or departments related to current or previous Sponsored Research activity of each School of the University.
We would highly appreciate if we get the following documents:
1. Documents of the current Research/Sponsored Research going on in all the schools 2. What are the Sources of Funds- Are they all internally funded or external?
3. Grant Allocation Process for each School-After the Fund is allocated for a school how it is distributed among the faculty members/projects? Is there a committee that decides the distribution? Does the Dean of the School decide this? Is there any documents related to guidelines, policy or process related to this?
4. Continuous Reporting process- Is there any written process for reporting the output of the research? Any forms, guidelines to monitor the progress of the research?
