RESULT & DISCUSSION
- Comparison between a ladies & men’s hoodie from Texebo
- Comparison between Men’s T-Shirt & Half sleeve
- Comparison between Half Zipper & full Zipper from New Wave buyer
From above, the fabric consumption in the women's hoodie is 6.00 and the men's hoodie is 7.30. Therefore, the fabric cost is higher in the men's hoodie. Women's hoodies use the collar, but men's hoodies use Back Moon, BTM culf rib & Hood S/J, so costs vary. For accessories, chest print/emb, CM, commercial, CNF, the costs are all higher for women's hoodies than men's hoodies.
But the fabric consumption is more for men's hoodies for that high total cost for men's hoodies. The total cost of the men's hoodie per piece is $7.25 and the women's hoodie is $7.05 and this cost variance is mainly for fabric consumption. Here we see that fabric GSM is variation in men's t-shirts and men's sweat shirt.
The CAD efficiency of a men's tracksuit is higher because a man's tracksuit has full sleeves, so more fabric is needed. Here, the yarn cost for men's sweatpants is higher because men's sweatpants are 56% recycled cotton and 44% recycled polyester, while men's t-shirts are 60% recycled cotton and 40% recycled polyester. For men's tracksuits, a larger polyester yarn is required, as the price of this yarn is higher for men's tracksuits.
In men's sweaters the dyeing process is ongoing, but in the washing process of men's T-shirts this is the case. And men's sweatshirts have a higher waste rate than men's T-shirts. That is why the costs of men's sweatshirts are also high. Here the fabric consumption is higher in men's sweaters because the costs are higher and BTM is also added.
Here, the cost of consumer packaging and transport packaging is more in men's sweatshirts than men's t-shirts. The cost of men's sweatshirt per piece is $5.13 and the cost of men's t-shirts per piece is $2.85 and the main reason of cost variation is fabric GSM and fabric consumption.
CONCLUSION
Between MEN'S AND WOMEN'S HOODIE, the price of the men's hoodie is higher due to the consumption of goods and accessories. At MEN'S SWEAT SHIRT & T-SHIRT, the price of a men's sweatshirt is high due to the high consumption of GSM and fabric. For FULL SLEEVE AND HALF SLEEVE garments, the price of full sleeve garments is higher due to the cost of production, more SMV and more fabric is required.
Between FULL zipper and half zipper garment, full zipper price is more for its more SME, trim, its operation process. Finally, in order to cost its need to be aware of any kind of unexpected loss or problems, because the commodity price up-down at every moment, treat the buyer's target price carefully, must be more efficient at each step of the process.
