22. Eligibility and Qualifications of Tenderer
• Tenderer should have up to date and valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc.
• The maximum 2 number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of 5 years.
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services (Specialized IT equipment)
• The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (IT Equipment) of minimum for Lot 1: BDT 8, 00,000, for Lot 2: BDT 6, 70,000 for Lot 3:
BDT 3, 80,000 & for Lot 4: BDT 4, 90,000. Under maximum 1(One) contracts in the last 5 (Five) of years. I.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of for Lot 1: BDT 8, 50,000, for Lot 2: BDT 7, 00,000, for Lot 3: BDT 4, 00,000 & for Lot 4: BDT 5, 00,000.
• Manufacturer’s authorization letter is obligatory for Lot 01, Lot 02, Lot 03 &Lot 04.
