Problem Identification 1
So people will be able to search for rent as well as sell on house or property or any product. And if all the information and rent or price of the rented house or property is known in advance, then it will make the search much more pleasant and easier. We have to work hard on proper verification to ensure the safety issue as the house will be made available for rent.
The main aim is for people to be able to find scaffolding houses or property of their choice in certain areas and to be able to sell or rent their properties. Our e-commerce system can try to solve our problem in an easier way for institutions. There will be a record of our project on the websites, where we can easily find our all kinds of necessary things like house, shop, hotel, etc. and it is also helpful for all kinds of owners because they can easily rent their house, hotel, restaurant and all kinds of thinking about money use this app.
In this project we use python, django and for the database we use SQLite and this SQLite is a database manager contained in a c library because this is not client-server database engine. We use Django is a python-based free and open source web framework, and this Django should facilitate the creation of complex, database-driven websites, its truly modern framework. We believe that our e-commerce sites are more interesting to the customer, so we use customer segmentation.
Basically, our website is about where the rented house, property and virtual goods will be displayed for rent or sale. HTML which means hypertext markup language and we use our project in html content structure and meaning by defining that the content is heading, paragraphs, images and use CSS or Cascading style sheets is a presentation language that creates to style content using of fronts and colors .Html and css are independent of each other and should remain the way. And we use javascript this multi-paradigm language, javascripy supports eveunt-driven, function and imperative programming style, so we use this, and it also has application programming languages (APIs) to work with text, dates, regular expressions, standard data structure, and the document object model, and it does not include any input-output (0/1) such as networking, storage, and graphics facilities provided by the host environment (APIS). javascript is also embedded in an application-created framework such as electron, corodova .
On the other hand, jquery is a javascript library design to simplify html dom tree manipulation and event handling, css animation with ajax. So we use jquery and also open source software with mit license allowed which is very useful for us. Our project We can see that the graph of age, annual income and consumption is shown in the result graph, age based on income and consumption groups, annual income and consumption groups, consumption result groups, etc. Figure: 8 shows the classification of buyers by purchase by the result of annual income and consumption.
Conclusion: Figures 4,5,6,7,8 mentioned above present the classification by age, annual income and consumption estimate, gender gap, income and consumption by age, age versus income. Since we are building an e-commerce website, it is usually used to buy and sell goods and services on an online platform.
Our main goal will be to allow users to upload product on their own to buy and rent.

So in this project, we can try to solve our rental and sale product and many things to make these e-commerce sites easier to use, and these sites are really useful for both the customer and the seller. Our e-commerce site for online sales and rental of products, and the product was made to help the winner. By understanding and accurately classifying customers into groups and all groups, we can make appropriate offers.
We collected data about the mall's customers to train our model, because when the e-commerce site is live, we will have more data to run our model. In this research, data visualization is very important, because this way we can understand your dependencies. We will then take over all the data and only then, after all the necessary checks and sorting, will we forward it on our website.
That figure we can see that the accuracy of using machine learning algorithms after implementing the model. In this figure:5, we see that the purchase rate of two different customers male and female. On this page, the user can register with a valid e-mail address, username and password.
Here, the admin can monitor all the user's activities, for example, when they log in, what they search for, which products have higher demand, which products they buy more. Since bKash, Rocket and other payment systems are so paid, we cannot add them for now. In this chapter, we only talk about the advantages, limitations and future work of our project.

E-commerce sites design, when someone sells online, he wants to ensure that what he does and what he is. If he is satisfied with his customer, he can get a permanent one. So anyone who runs an online business, design is one of the most important things to get a satisfied customer.
It is so different from other e-commerce sites because of this rental system and it is also easier to use everything to use and you can easily sell and rent the use of this site.

This graph describes how many clusters occur at each inertia and converts our data into CSV files. But for that, a person who wants to rent or sell his house or property or product will have to contact us. In our project css must not be written inside the html document and vice versa.
After registration, the user can easily log in to the website by simply entering the username and password. The main goal was to build a website where users can sell their goods and also offer them for rent.
