The administrator can also change the status and view the number of posts a user has made and information about the user. The main goal of the project is to obtain the state and relations between the authorities and the inhabitants of the city from the mass postings of users. In the first chapter, we talk about their introduction of a complaint handling system, why we chose the project, the goal of the project and what the expected result will be.

The collection by its official representative of citizens' information through online and offline and auditing of the city area has become widespread in recent years. Dhaka City Corporations recently introduced an app to residents with a simple complaint box that is less efficient and thorough as it only has a simple title and description box. Smart Complaint Systems' complaints section provides a way for authority to gain authority, store and analyze and disseminate information for action. In the context of digitalization, municipal companies often try to digitize themselves and be more active in solving problems.

In 2017, about a year ago (just with DSCC), DSCC started 'Amar Dhaka' [2], a major concern was to provide digital support to people to know and apply for various types of city businesses and national forms in the local authority. Where 'ovijog' (complaint box) was functionality in that app. 'SMART COMPLAINT' app is launched for easy lodging of complaints on a platform. The primary purpose of this system is to let the public know the details of their locations and solve their problems online without coming to the office periodically until the problem is solved.

Any concern about the communicative events must log into the software with prior consent, because the profiling must confirm itself and if the complaint is made, be able to know the details and current circumstances. Small city agencies such as "Pouroshova" can use the paperwork to process their complaint information, but the management of the complaints of medium and large enterprises is too complicated. Everything about it. E-SCS is a reliable software, regardless of company size, to achieve the final output and store large data in a database by a factor.

Many city companies are prolific users of E-SCS such as City of London, Dhaka City Corporation, etc. In the face of increasing public expectations, agencies must respond to allegations in an efficient and timely manner. The nature of conflict management and grievance systems in the world needs to be acquired, reviewed and understood. If an organization wants to see all posts, what factor should be considered when choosing which issues to address first.

We need to know what kind of information they have to record, how they handle their complaints.

Identification: The administrator must provide the system database with the identification number of the electoral district of the city. The home page shows all data, user information, number of posts made by a particular user for the admin. If the user remains in the database of the system, he will be able to register in this system. If someone is registered in the database, they can log in for the rest of the process.

Registration: If the User is part of the following city company, the User can register. If the complaint is resolved, you will change the status of the posts and view the posts and status. Can view the number of posts per user and can also view user information.

Firstly, the user ID information is stored, secondly, the complaint data module is stored, and thirdly, the user registration data module is stored. Design tasks are of primary importance at this stage because decisions affect the success and ease of maintenance of the website implementation. Website design is a process by which specifications can be converted into a website appearance.

The front end is all involved with what the user sees, including Android, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and so on. The user-friendly construction of this interface for Android apps or websites means that the UX is inherently user-friendly. First, a supported Android device and front-end web browsers with internet connection are needed to run the website, and for front-end design, we use Android programming language as application forms and HTML as web form.

In Figure 5.1.2 is a picture of the Complaint Categories table in our database. Client-side development consists of creating HTML, CSS, and JS for a website or web application. You need to make sure that your device is a different version and that you have a site in different browsers (cross-browser), different operating systems (cross-platform) which involves careful planning on the deployed side of the site.

The process ends when the majority of participants agree that the work is significant and it is time for formal review and comments to produce draft results. Prototyping is one of the most used methods and one was devised and introduced to some of the others in this particular project. For the way it worked initially, errors in some areas have been highlighted and fixed in the final prototype and were even reconsidered beyond the instruments.

This test focuses on four main aspects: how accurate the locations are, the relevance of the content, the layout of the presentation and its results, and the number of important tasks, or how easily the users could perform their main tasks, with a correct password and the main task of this project is successful and error-free login. Test cases check whether the components used in the GUI form function properly. The test case process can also help discover problems in the specifications or design of an application.

During the development process, each module in the system is checked separately so that the test is successfully covered. Interaction is virtually everywhere in the real world. Interaction is the key to a dynamic and user-friendly system. It is really important to create an interactive system and we strive to do that.

If we considered the ethical aspect of our project, we have an admin panel that will monitor all the compatible posts relevant or not. And we will try to contact and take the necessary steps so that the administration and government can take the necessary steps to justify the crimes. Admin panel will also monitor the images that will be uploaded and they will also contact the user to get more details about the incidents that took place.

So from the ethical aspects, we will try to maintain the privacy of the user and resolve the complaint with the necessary steps from the administrations and the government.

In order to offer citizens and public authorities an opportunity to communicate through these platforms, a web-based study website was created. There are two main applications for the system, one is the system administrator and the other is the user who uses the system. In short service cycles, this web application aims to provide better efficiency in troubleshooting.

No option is available to upload videos, on the other hand, to add to improve the result. New user application forms will be added as the city is home to many expats. This application form allows users to request that their NIDs be included in the system to be a user of the system.
