The researcher conducted an experiment in the woodcarving workshop to determine the cutting force and therefore the choice of the motor as the driving force for the saw blade. The emphasis of the experiment was to choose a specific motor that could provide enough power for any type of wood, therefore the hardest wood Mopane was used for the experiment. The target parameters were the cutting force and the spindle rotation speed VC. The "portable" sawmill is iconic and of simple operation - the logs lie flat on a steel bed and the motorized saw cuts the log horizontally along the length of the bed, with the operator pushing the saw by hand.
The circular motion of the wheel was also converted into a reciprocating motion in the saw blade. By the time of the Industrial Revolution in the 18th century, the circular saw blade had been invented, and with the development of steam power in the 19th century, a much greater degree of mechanization was possible. In the 20th century, the introduction of electricity and high technology advanced this process, and now most sawmills are massive and expensive facilities in which most aspects of the work are computerized.
The Hierapolis Sawmill, a water-powered stone sawmill in Hierapolis, Asia Minor (modern Turkey, then part of the Roman Empire), dating from the second half of the 3rd century, is the earliest known sawmill. At one point in the poem he describes the screeching sound of a watermill cutting marble.
FIRST MOTORIZED OF WOOD CUTTER
The earliest literary reference to a working sawmill comes from a Roman poet, Ausonius, who wrote a topographical poem about the river Mosel in Germany in the late 4th century AD.
PROPOSED STRUCTURE OF WOOD CUTTER
This project primarily focuses on three components; what the type of automatic control system is. The algorithms developed for automatic sawing will be determined based on the sizing demand for wood.

PVC sheet we use to build the project chassis which is 5mm and 10mm pvc sheets, the sheet we found in the local market which are also reliable for making prototype project chassis. The motor operation of two motors can be controlled by input logic at pins 2 & 7 and 10 & 15. In the modern era, almost all household electronics operate on direct current (DC), but we get alternating current (AC) from power generation plants through transmission lines because AC can be transmitted more efficient than DC at a lower cost.
Simple Diode Bridge can be constructed with a single semiconductor device such as DB107 or with 4 independent diodes such as 1N4007. Using Arduino1.6.8 software board form, we can easily program AVR IC as our requirement. The microcontroller on the board is programmed using the Arduino programming language (based on Wiring) and the Arduino development environment (based on Processing).
The Uno is the latest in a series of USB Arduino boards and the reference model for the Arduino platform; for a comparison with previous versions, see the index of Arduino boards. Input Voltage: The input voltage to the Arduino board when it is using an external power source (as opposed to 5 volts from the USB connection or other regulated power source). 5V: The regulated power supply used to power the microcontroller and other components on the board.
Each of the 14 digital pins on the Mega can be used as an input or output using the pin Mode, digitalWrite and digitalRead functions. These pins are connected to the corresponding pins of the ATmega8U2 USB-to-TTL serial chip. Usually used to add a reset button to shields that block the one on the board.
The input voltage to the Arduino board when using an external power source (as opposed to 5 volts from a USB connection or other regulated power source). A light-dependent resistor (also known as a photoresistor or LDR) is a device whose resistance is a function of incident electromagnetic radiation. There are many different symbols used to denote a photoresistor or LDR, one of the most commonly used symbols is shown in the image below.
These photons in the incident light must have an energy greater than the band gap of the semiconductor material, causing the electrons to jump from the valence band to the conduction band. When light with sufficient energy falls on the device, more and more electrons are excited. conduction band, resulting in a large number of charge carriers. The result of this process is that more and more current starts to flow through the device when the circuit is closed and therefore the resistance of the device is said to have decreased.
Design of Motor
Buttons are mostly biased switches, although many unbiased buttons (due to their physical nature) still require a spring to return to there non-pressed state.
Design of body with motor
Based on wood cutter dynamics calculated parameters, the necessary torque and speed of propulsion motors are established. The model of the wood cutter, designed in Solid Works, is shown in the figure with side and front view.
SOFTWARE ANALYSIS
INTRODUCTION
It is also capable of compiling and uploading programs to the board with a single click. There is usually no need to edit files or run programs on the command line interface. Although it is possible to build on command line if needed with some third party tools like Ino.
Setup () – a function executed once at the beginning of a program that can initialize settings. Loop() – a function that is called repeatedly until the board is turned off.

In this chapter we talked about the software we use for our smart robot development. Here we use some software for programming, compiling, executing commands for robot response and drawing a circuit diagram for our robot and setting up wireless communication between robot hardware. So software is free and open source and therefore it is reliable for us for creating projects or prototypes. . In changing the course of the structure area towards an economic environment and satisfying the real needs without negotiating the needs of the next ages, wood and their derivative items are the most reasonable materials, because of its durability and is a characteristic asset (Hileras, 2013) .
These characteristics make the wooden objects the best references of living spaces, improvement, development, bundling. The experiment to get the transmitter section as input and output of the project is quite low and then we select a built-in communication switch purchased from the market. We do all the parts of the lumberjack, step by step it has become easier for us to reduce the complexity of the circuit and take a minimum time to pass the experimental setup.
Adjust the safety mechanism without damaging the brake shoe, possibly by increasing DC voltage on the stator. This mechanism proposed in this article damages the brake cartridge and sometimes the blade, so because it has a stopping mechanism that does not damage any of the components, the design will be significantly cheap in the long run when using the machine, possibly using only the DC injection . This machine is designed so that the safety brake will not be released when the engine is not running, but it would be more effective if the machine could be adjusted not to start without the safety mechanism being properly installed. The safety mechanism must be retrofitted to all circular saw machines (table saw, panel saw and bench saw).
Finally we are able to create an automatic system that can only cut wood when controlled by a microcontroller. It can cut wood to a certain size and all processes are controlled algorithmically. In the wood products industry, different felling tactics are well thought out depending on the use of the wood and its purpose.
It is easy to use so anyone can use it easily. But for the low budget, we made a demo project. If we want to install in the industry, then we need a full budget to buy component. We used to calculate and estimate the bearing type and life, do deflections and stress analysis to determine the weakest point of the machine.
The fuzzy logic controller was used to monitor the moisture content of inserted wood to prevent blocking of the machine. And by changing our project in the future, we will add a security mechanism and increase efficiency.
