A doctor can refer a patient to another doctor, and if a patient is referred to him, the doctor can see all the information about that patient. And through this you will be able to hand over the printed prescription to the patient; this will greatly benefit the patient. And if the patient makes an appointment online and the doctor prescribes him, then the patient can pick up the prescription online.

By using e-prescribing, both the prescriber and those handling the prescription on the go can be sure that they have given the patient the correct medication. The patient's history is recorded forever and can be checked at any time for any type of analysis. It ensures that appointments can be made online 24/7, no extra manpower needs to be deployed and the patient feels comfortable without the danger of calling.

Ix Patient Form: Allows you to keep all investigation reports for follow-up, reference and future research. There is a provision to save the data as images (x-rays, USG, EKG) and view whatever you want to see afterwards.
You can print it out to hand deliver to the patient, or send a copy to the patient's email or to the designated pharmacy, diagnostic lab or doctor you wish to refer to. You can see the drugs you want to recommend and the doses ready to be taken. Tip: The patient will receive a handout of the disease in non-professional language, as you want to deliver it by mail or with a prescription.

So we want to offer such a system which will help them a lot. Our system will give the best result and save your valuable time. Using different number of platforms may not be enough for every patient to make an appointment with a doctor. People are not fully trusting online system so they will not get proper benefit from this system.
If the physician does not check the confirmation notice ordering the patient, then the main motto of this system will fail.

After the patient has made an appointment, the second step is the section on creating a prescription. The doctor will then advise the investigation, if necessary, and if he thinks it is necessary to give medicine, he will give medicine to eat. The doctor can also specify the date of the next appointment and if he feels that he needs to be referred to another doctor, he can choose the doctor from the referral.
The upper part shows the doctor's information, the lower part has the patient's information and the left side has the clinical history and the right side has the list of prescription drugs. Coming to the final step, the doctor will give his patient the printed copy of the prescription. Usually the printed copy is A4 size, the doctor can change it if he wants.
In the appointment list, the doctor sees all patients who have made an appointment with him. Neediest can see the patient's information by searching with the patient's ID or phone number. Prescription is made for the patient but can be understood by looking at the status.
If the doctor using Smart Rx refers patients one by one, then all the information of the referred patient can be seen in the referred patient list. After taking the doctor's appointment, the patient should come directly and follow the doctor's consultation. In our system, people can see all the hours of each doctor so that he/she can easily book an appointment for them whenever they want, without paying extra money to the staff.
If a person falls ill and wants to see a doctor, he must visit the chambers and wait until the doctor is available. If the doctor cancels the appointment due to urgent reasons, the patients will try to cause a disturbance in these places. The purpose of this test is to assess the compliance of our system with the stated requirement.
