JB has no pay scales for its own employee's. It follows the pay structures of Bangladesh Govt. If the pensionable working period is less than 3 years, he will not be eligible for pension/allowances. According to the service policies of Janata Bank, retirement of a staff/officer will be regulated by the rules 0f Government Servants Retirement Act 1995, according to these rules an employee can get the following types of retirement.

If an employee becomes unable to perform his work or to perform his job due to a physical or mental disability, he is considered to be entitled to a pension. In accordance with Article 4 of this law, an employee must reach the age of 58 from the civil service before full retirement within the framework of the competition. However, due to going into full retirement, he has to go on pre-retirement preparatory leave for a period of one year, depending on the total leave.

This means he must apply for the pre-retirement preparatory leave before the completion of 57 years of his age, otherwise he will be immediately offered full retirement. Any employee who has completed 25 years in government. work, can go to the retirement at any time by giving one month notices. The government can send a person to retirement for the bonds of the society without notifying any reasons who has completed 25 years of government work.

If the worker died after retirement, his family is entitled to this pension. Although it is demoralizing to the employee, it is reasonable if it is the last termination. The best portfolio is the one that best matches the strengths of the company, the weaknesses of the opportunities in the environment.

Janata Bank Limited always tries to put a strong service into its more profitable businesses and drop the weaker ones. Because it is a statutory bank, it benefits from any financial changes more than any other organization. The training supervisor must be smart and able to provide dynamic and timely training to the employees. v) Encouraging and motivating employees through performance appraisal.

It can play a very important role in this regard as it is the main development finance institution of the country. It has a code of conduct for the successful implementation of HR policies for the employees and specific issues are highlighted about the Human Resources and various related aspects but it has no monitoring activities to find out whether the member of the management deals with employees according to their rules and regulations.1 believe and hope that this report will provide a number of benefits to the Human Resource practice for its smooth operation and will cooperate in the redesign of the system and atmosphere of the department. There is a standard Human Resources practices in JB because they follow the rules and regulations of the Govt. Since Janata Bank is the organization over which the government has a lot of control, they practice the field of Human Resource (HR) in a unique way. It has an extended chance to create a value for and also create a competitive advantage by practicing the human resource. Resource management.
