About ICECTE 2022
Engineering and technology play pivotal role in the development of today’s world. Widespread research and innovative practices are propelling the world to a new plateau of development. The International Conference on Electrical, Comput- er & Telecommunication Engineering (ICECTE 2022) aims at focusing the rapid stride and tech- nological advancements in Electrical, Computer
& Telecommunication engineering in recent years.
This conference will provide an ample opportu- nity to academicians, engineers, professionals, researchers, specialists and students from home and abroad for dealing with the engineering challenges leading to sustainable development.

The proceedings of the conference will be published in two forms; print book ( only abstracts ) and CD.
Both will be provided to the delegates during the conference.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE X-plore Digital Library.
Extended version of the selected papers will be published in “Journal of Engineering and Applied Science” (www.jeas.ruet.ac.bd)

Registration Fees
Full Papers ( PDF format not exceeding 4 pages of
A4size pages ) prepared in the prescribed format are to be submitted using the online submission system available at www.icecte.ru-
et.ac.bd. A word/latex template is also available at the confer-ence website. The manuscript should be prepared carefully according to the submission guidelines. The paper will be accepted on the basis of blind peer review without a scope for revision.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Each Conference registration will include a conference kit with conference proceedings, admission to all technical sessions, refreshments during sessions, lunches, conference dinner and a $20 USD charge for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. In order to participate virtually (only foreign authors), author needs to register the paper with 70% of the regular payment. Registration kit will not be provided for virtual registration.
A paper will apppear in the proceedings if at least one of the authors registers and presents the paper in the conference
